Calling all problem solvers!
Is your organization actively working to drive change in Innisfil? Are you looking to bring a much-needed service into Innisfil? Social Solutions grants will be awarded to organizations that are currently making a difference in Innisfil, or who are eager to build on Innisfil’s assets and fill gaps with long-term, sustainable solutions.
During community consultation, we heard from you that Innisfil is struggling with poverty, food security, housing, and social isolation. Preference will be given to applications that focus on those priority areas. That said, we want you to think big, so Innisfil Community Foundation will consider any eligible application that aligns with any one or more of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Social Solutions Grants will not generally fund the following:
- Endowment building for other organizations
- Deficit reduction
- Scholarships
- Travel costs
- Fundraising activities and celebrations
Please note that applicants are only eligible to receive one Social Solutions grant per calendar year, at a maximum of $15,000 per organization, per year. There is no guarantee that any award will be granted, or that the requested amount will be awarded in full.
