The application form is below, but before you get started please make sure you review the eligibility requirements. We’ve created a Grant Budget Template that you are welcome to use, or you can provide your own budget document. Budgets can be emailed to info@innisfilcommunityfoundation.ca after you apply.

If you have partnered with a registered charity on this application, please email a completed Confirmation of Partnership Agreement Form to info@innisfilcommunityfoundation.ca after you apply. If you need help finding a charity to partner with, please reach out – we’ll do our best to help.
