The Innisfil Community Foundation is led by a dedicated group of volunteers. The Directors are highly involved in the Innisfil community and have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in our town.

Sandra Rizzardo

Chair

Sandra is a co-owner of SanDiego Homes Inc., a family-owned business developing land and building homes right here in Innisfil. Sandra has happily lived in Innisfil for over 20 years and has a long history of working with the community and recreational establishments.

Howard Courtney

Vice-Chair

Howard founded Innisfil Community Church in 1979 and has been an integral part of the community ever since. Howard was recognized by the Canadian Red Cross Society for volunteer service with the Order of the Red Cross, and is also a recipient of the Governor General of Canada 125th Anniversary Confederation Medal and the Queens Jubilee Medal for his contributions  to Canada, the community and his fellow citizens.

Anne Kell

President/Secretary

Anne has lived in lnnisfil since 1982 where she farms corn, wheat and soybeans. Anne is actively involved in the local community and further afield. She volunteers in a number of community organizations and regularly travels overseas on missions to help those in need around the globe.  Anne believes that community service is an excellent way to promote quality of life for everyone, both the volunteers and recipients, and feels fortunate to live in a time and place where she can practice what she believes.

Anne Smith

Treasurer

Anne is relatively new to Innisfil, moving here five years ago after retiring from a leadership role at an international insurance company. She may have only been here a short time, but her impact is already significant. Anne is a member of several community organizations and service clubs and is passionate about volunteering and assisting the people within the community.

Whitney Sallach, CFRE

Executive Director

Whitney entered the fundraising sector after beginning her career in community journalism. With prior roles at Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation and The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Whitney is thrilled to join Innisfil Community Foundation as an Innisfil resident herself. Whitney earned her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2021 and also volunteers with the Rotary Club of Innisfil and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
