Reporting & Feedback
If you are awarded a grant, you will be required to sign a Grant Agreement Form outlining the Terms and Conditions of the grant before you receive your cheque.
You are required to complete a brief final report at an agreed upon time. This is the only reporting requirement, but we’d love it if you called, invited us to a site visit or presented the results to the Board of Directors – we’re flexible on how you choose to share, but we want to see the impact you’re making in our community.
We also ask all grantees to give us feedback on the Innisfil Community Foundation’s practices as a funder. Your input will inform changes to our policies and procedures to better help organizations like yours in the future.
