Innisfil Community Foundation: Community Round Up

Community Round Up – Feb. 26, 2021

This weekly round-up shares the latest from Innisfil Community Foundation (ICF), updates from our grantees, and news from across our community.

The latest from ICF

  • The CAO of the Town of Innisfil, Jason Reynar, is wrapping up his tenure in Innisfil as he moves onto a new opportunity. To thank Jason for his contributions to our community over the years – including his efforts to help establish the Innisfil Community Foundation – we are welcoming donations to the Jason Reynar Community Innovation Fund. Inspired by Jason’s passion for innovation, this fund will help support local charities and non-profits with innovative initiatives to help them do even more to strengthen the common good in our community.

  • ICYMI, in honour of Black History Month, we highlighted Imani’s Place – a Black-led organization supporting women fleeing domestic violence and human trafficking situation. Read more to learn how Imani’s Place’s diverse team of survivors connects and identifies with the women they support.

Grantee Updates
