This weekly round-up shares the latest from Innisfil Community Foundation (ICF), updates from our grantees, and news from across our community.
The latest from ICF
- The CAO of the Town of Innisfil, Jason Reynar, is wrapping up his tenure in Innisfil as he moves onto a new opportunity. To thank Jason for his contributions to our community over the years – including his efforts to help establish the Innisfil Community Foundation – we are welcoming donations to the Jason Reynar Community Innovation Fund. Inspired by Jason’s passion for innovation, this fund will help support local charities and non-profits with innovative initiatives to help them do even more to strengthen the common good in our community.
- ICYMI, in honour of Black History Month, we highlighted Imani’s Place – a Black-led organization supporting women fleeing domestic violence and human trafficking situation. Read more to learn how Imani’s Place’s diverse team of survivors connects and identifies with the women they support.
